一般安装在油浸变压器与冷却器，散热器及储油柜和通油管路的法兰连接部位。用在真空注油以及变压器运行和检修时，开启或关闭变压器油路。也可在事故放油或检修放油时使用。

EXPLANATION:Vacuum eccentricity valve is used by transformer which immersed in oil.It usually be fixed at Flang interface among oil immersed transformer,condenser,radiator,oil storage set and vitta.Also it can be used for opening or shutting the transformer youlu when vacuum injection ans transformer operating or being examined or repaired.It can be used in Accidents on oil or overhaul release oil.
